## I. "획기적인 여자들"

획기적인 여자들은 20대 여성 기획자의 액팅 커뮤니티입니다. ‘외롭지 않은 기획자 학교’를 거친 여성 기획자들 및 느슨하게 연결되어 있었던 여성 기획자들이 모여 '우리'기 진정하고 하고 싶은 프로젝트를 기획해 세상에 내보입니다.&#x20;

* 팀명: 획기적인 여자들(Breakthrough Women)
* 슬로건: Time to Draw a Line.
* 비전: 모두가 자신만의 획기적인 세상을 만들고, 개개인이 획기적일 수 있는 세상을 꿈꾼다.
* 미션: 남다른 뽀짝거림 연대의 지속

밀레니얼 세대가 고민하는 직업과 직장, 일하는 방식, 조직문화를 함께 고민하며 다양한 아이디어, 함께할 동료가 있다면 무엇이든 할 수 있다는 기반으로 적절한 연대감을 지향합니다. 여성, 일, 조직, 배움, 인권 등 우리 스스로 직면해 있는 문제들에 관심이 많습니다.

## 처음 시작은 20대 여성 기획자들의 액션 스터디였습니다.&#x20;

이제는 스터디라는 방식에 국한되지 않고 이 관심을 다양한 방식으로 풀어내며 누구에게나 즐거울 수 있는 프로젝트를 지속적으로 생산하고자 합니다. 나아가 인큐베이팅 시스템을 구축해 20대 그리고 미래의 20대들의 획기적인 기획을 응원하고자 합니다.

## 획기적인 여자들은 비영리 임의단체입니다.&#x20;

획기적인 여자들은 2018년 4월 4일자로 비영리 임의단체로 등록되었으며 지금까지 회비와 지원사업을 통해 운영되고 있습니다. 저희의 취지에 공감하고 프로젝트를 함께 하고자 하시는 분들이 있다면 언제든 아래에 기재된 연락처로 문의하시기 바랍니다.

> \*획기적인 여자들의 배경이 되는 <외롭지 않은 기획자 학교>는 20대 여성들이 한발 앞서 나가는 선배들을 만나 일에 대한 이야기를 듣고, 같이 걸어갈 동료를 만나는 여성들을 위한 진로탐색학교입니다. 현자 1기와 2기를 거쳐 3기 준비와 다양한 관련 프로그램을 진행하고 있습니다.
